A French-trained artist, with stints at studios in the fashion capitals of London, Paris and New York, Job takes the lead at the studio’s beauty division.

New York, NY – May XX, 2017 – Eight VFX, the New York and Los Angeles-based visual effects, design and production studio, has added a new facet to its talent roster with the addition of Senior Flame Artist Luc Job.  An acclaimed VFX and beauty specialist, Job will anchor the company’s beauty retouching division as it moves more aggressively into the market for beauty, apparel and personal care brands. 

Job joins Eight VFX ( from the New York office of MPC, where he was their Beauty artist. Prior to that he helped to set up and led for 5 years the beauty retouching department of Scarlett, the beauty and luxe finishing house that’s part of the Lively Group.

He brings an extensive background in retouching, color grading, visual effects and on set supervision to Eight VFX. He’s worked on ad content for beauty brands like L’Oréal, Olay, Garnier, Maybelline, Pantene and many others, and has provided vfx and retouching on spots starring some of the world’s most glamorous models and sought-after celebrities,
